My family and I have been cared for by Dr. Eisentrout for 20 years. She is professional yet explains things in down to earth terms. She has been great with my elderly family members and great with our children.
Love Dr Eisentrout. I feel totally comfortable talking with her and her great care! She actually discovered a heart condition that I was born with that no other doctor I had before found. I had to have open heart surgery but this condition causes sudden death. Had to go to Cleveland Clinic because doctors in this area do not deal with this type of surgery. The doctors there highly commended her on discovering it.
my visits with her are good, it is hard to communicate with the staff and get an appointment, i have just called today and the number was changed and no new number, what doctor does that, what is going on , i need scripts filled now what ?????????????
Really disappointed and insulted by the communication and implications before I was ever seen by Dr. Eisentrout. In filling out paperwork, I marked that I had a history of a particular illness, and when addressed on the phone about it, told the nurse I didn't have a particular disorder, just a history - and was told that the doctor refused to see me as she believed I was lying. Although I have only been seeing Dr. Eisentrout for a little over a year, I feel that she does a great job overall. She is kind and cares about patients’ well being and conducts her appointments in a timely fashion.
I think she does a great job professionally and can be very serious and friendly at the same time. She will talk to you and help you at anytime you need her. Thank god I have her as my doctor.
