In the last week, I’ve called Eisenhower three times, my wait time on hold has been 12 minutes, 16 minutes and today, 28 minutes. Whoever manages this call center needs to be fired immediately. That’s unacceptable. Add to that, I was just trying to return a call from my doctor at Rimrock. WHY is there no direct number? I don’t need to deal with the call center idiots that have no clue. I want to talk to the people in my doc’s office. Eisenhower has incredibly poor customer service. I’ll be adding my comments to Yelp.

Worse hospital ever. Caught a blood infection they discharged me too early. I didn’t want to go and I protested. 30 days later I’m back in with sepsis and c-diff. Again they are kicking me out too early. This is a serious and potentially deadly disease!. They don’t listen to the patients. They must have a 4 day rule. They tried sending me home with no meds, no ride home and no one to care for me. This is the best you can do!?! The doctors are just plain rude but even more rude are the snippy little residents. RecommendedI’ve had Eisenhower Health as my provider since 2013. I had outpatient surgery yesterday & it was the most top notch service that I have ever experienced. Everyone I came in contact with from check in to release was superb. Cheerful, competent, caring and informative.

RecommendedGreat people skills always clean and concerned about how you fill. Plenty of assistance that stops what there doing to make sure you are ok and takes you where your looking for.
