Great place easy parking and a nice layout, all staff was very helpful and friendly.

I went to urgent care on June 5th for what I thought was a spider bite. I saw Dr. Blaschko, he diagnosed me with a staph infection. Sent me home with antibiotics. Pain increased through the night, I went back to urgent care. This time I was seen by Nellie Kelley, nurse practitioner. She rocked! Immediately said that the area needed to be opened, drained, and packed. My pain level decreased immediately. Too bad the Dr did not follow the protocol for a staph infection. My mom is elderly, she saw a PA, and when my mom told her normal temperature was in the 97s, the PA ask; how do you know? Um cause by 25 we generally know. They did not even take her temperature, and she was in fearing pneumonia, nor did they take a chest x-ray. They did a guess ray. 4 hrs there. Ugh! Go to VIP in Palm Desert!
Fast efficient and friendly. Live down the street from them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
