1 star bandaid approach in the emergency room....anywhere from 3 to 6 hours wait....serious this is our second time and absolutely no help in why we came in for the problem....for a high class popular area for the winter, this is a very poor medical facility.......a disgrace to this community. doctors should be ashamed for what you have...and the county commissioners of the area should be ashamed for the poor quality of medical you have.....you would get better service at a vet clinic. we left after 4 hours in the ER....othe... read more
RecommendedAlways fast, the wait time is not bad, I've waited longer at my own Dr office with an appointment, and the staff are great. Went in not feeling well, Dr. had seen a lot of this going around lately, still did a comprehensive look at me, not "you got, what everyone else has" type thing, I've had gotten at other medical places here in the Coachella Valley. Turned out I had something more than what had been going around, thanks to the Dr. I was feeling better in no time.
The emergency room wait times are consistently over 6 to 8 hours. You can’t get emergency health care in this emergency room. Not only that I’ve witnessed someone fall over and pass out only to have them pick him up and let him wait another hour and half. Tonight alone, I’ve witnessed a woman literally vomiting for over an hour with no help. There’s an elderly woman who is leaking fluid from her ankles and she hasn’t had anything done, no bloodwork, no test, nothing.
