Our Girl Scout Troop camped in Deer Haven this weekend. It is a beautiful park with very nice Park Rangers! I wish there was an easier way to get to get to the water from our area...very treacherous even using the paths! Everything was clean and well taken care of! Huge thanks to the Park Ranger that had to come rescue me after a bad fall on a trail!
I spent the week there. The park staff were all really friendly. The park was keep clean. It was a nice place. To bad the weather didn't cooperate. It was cold and windy.
Went troll hunting with my 8yrs or what others call hiking. People here are friendly, and love to share camping stories.
We had great time my boys and I went fishing, camping, and nature trail hiking would definetly do it again!
My family had a great time hiking the trails at this State Park. We will certainly revisit again!
Loved the facilities, cleanness and trails! The views are gorgeous and the closeness to a grocery store is a plus! - family of 4 with younger than 12 children.
It was very beautiful, well kept.... quite and we will be back to stay.
