I arrived at 11am to Levy Radiology reception area in the basement. They gave me my wrist band and said they would call shortly. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am. At 12pm when I asked again, they realized they never added why I'm I still waiting they admitted there error and still left me waiting until 1:00pm.
