Please don’t send anyone here especially children they drag their feet when it comes to treating children and staff is incredibly rude doctors are full of lazy shit so is the nurses , I’m switch my child to another clinic AsAp I wouldn’t trust them with putting a bandaid on a Papercut

Both my children go to this doctors only because they are right around the corner from our house but they are terrible, most of the doctors are student doctors being observed by actual doctors and it feels like they are just guessing most of the time and I’ve had Nurse practitioners at CVS’s minute clinic take their time and do more tests to find out what’s wrong with my kids then these doctors, when you call for a sick appointment they rarely if ever get you in the same day so I resorted to just showing up Which worked a fe... read more
Been waiting for a refferal for over a hour they supervisor need to do random checks they are completely backed up I walked in it wasn’t anyone patients waiting to be seen I came because the call center was not returning any calls and when u call for a refferal they did not call back it’s been 3 days I called twice a day their the staff was just having side conversations I don’t understand some people actually work and the others just do what they want
They have the worst front desk staff no companion. My appointment was scheduled for 930 i got there at 9:35 and which I called & they told me it wouldn't be no problem. I arrived they told me I couldn't be seen. Multi times I go in there and they're short staff & make me waits hours before being seen and I never gave them any issues. Makes my blood boil.. I live an hour away from this hospital. I got all my sons records from them and hopefully I find something closer to home and with much better staff ugh
