DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! All I can say is, believe all of the low star ratings you see here! I have been bringing my daughter here since 2017 when she was born. The office was actually located in another building at the time, and the doctor I had was great. He was very caring and respectful towards me and my daughter. I've been coming with my 3 children for close to 16 years. We were we were patients back when they had a smaller office near Red Lion and Buselton and have seen a lot of changes over the years as well as a great deal of staff turnover including doctors.It's very disappointing to see things decline this way which is why I will be taking my children to another practice entirely. Where we will be heard and valued.

After 11 years of bringing my children here since birth, I will unfortunately be finding a new pediatrician. Our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The staff—and especially the doctor—were very rude and unfriendly toward my children, which is completely unacceptable in a pediatric setting. This practice has clearly gone downhill over the years, especially since many of the previous doctors and staff have left. It no longer feels welcoming or caring like it once did. I would not recommend this office.

My child has been exclusively at this location since birth and I have liked everyone and had all positive experiences, so I thought. I ordered a copy of his records to find otherwise. We saw Dr Roberts when he was first born and two annual visits afterward, I liked her a lot but she left so we started w Dr krissa who is more organized in clinical way which I like even more so it wasn't a big deal she left. I asked front desk to make an appoitment for my 6 month old baby who had a some problem and needed check up.They didn’t made an appoitment cause they were fully booked and called me after month and said hey come for check up.really? They make an appoitment always after 1-2 month :))))) wooww.But the doctor eric is great that’s why i didn’t wanna change pediatrician clinic but i have no choice cause of stuff.And the women whos doing vaccine is rude person with no emotions with baby
