Great doctors but if it comes to customer service they are the worst!!!!! Last time I was trying to get referral it took me 3 days making calls and I never got this referral. At the next visit I asked my doctor why I never received it and he told me he was never inform that I requested one!!! Lately I was waiting for vaccination records for my son’s daycare. Asian girl on the phone put the phone down and didn't get back to me for an appointment for my newborn first visit. Horrible person she completely forgot the call and started chatting and doing other stuff and I could hear everything she was saying. I recorded the phone conversation for 30 minutes but she had me on hold for over an hour. Her understanding of English is very bad also. Unacceptable

Since October 2023 I have been calling for a routine appointment for my son and we will be in October 2024 and there is no way to get an appointment. A year has passed and this clinic does not answer calls and they told me 6 months ago that they would return my call and I never received one. Place has gone down hill. My child’s provider and I have been trying to get a hold of this office for over a week now and no one answers or the phone beeps and hangs up. This is ridiculous and better has to be done or I’ll switch to a more organized facility.
