Since October 2023 I have been calling for a routine appointment for my son and we will be in October 2024 and there is no way to get an appointment. A year has passed and this clinic does not answer calls and they told me 6 months ago that they would return my call and I never received one. Place has gone down hill. My child’s provider and I have been trying to get a hold of this office for over a week now and no one answers or the phone beeps and hangs up. This is ridiculous and better has to be done or I’ll switch to a more organized facility.
Last time for my child here. every time we come the only doctor who sees my child is a student never saw her actual doctor. Crazy but true.
Couldn't get my child back in for any appointments because they had none and she was due for shots and sick.
They never have appointments & the dr doesn’t contact you back. I have to now change facilities after months no appointments.
