I definitely read a lot of reviews before going to my appointment at Willowcrest Einstein Orthopedics. Most were one star. And I’m not invalidating those peoples experience. However, what I experienced was respect, professionalism, and timeliness from check-in to check-out. Every person I encountered used AIDET, which I love.
