Doctor didn’t show for appointment, yet Einstein billed me....and billed me....and billed me for the appointment . And now I’m getting robocalls at 8:20 in the morning. I’ve written letters. I’ve spoken on the phone with reps. I’ve received assurances that I would no longer be billed. But the harassment continues and continues and continues....Will it ever end?

Melanie Loewenthal the attending and Hannah Miller rn is very raciest treated me like I was a Drug addict would not care for me the proper way never helped me put me in more pain so I got up an removed my IV myself because no nurse would help me I went to Abington hospital ER and found out I have a spinal infection that’s why my back was in so much pain and I have kidney failure as well this is the worst hospital ever and I called a lawyer and let him no what’s going and I’m calling HR as well in the morning just cause you B... read more
they are wonderful people and they care about you
this is about einstien montgomery. horrible!!!!! triage is horrible. very very rude. the doctors send my daughter to triage and they act like she should not be there. we there now. the doctor told us to come have the baby delivered because of my daughters health. we get here and they want to send her home. they use midwives and the midwife told my daughter she was seeing spots because she ate mc Donald's food almost 24 hours ago. the doctor here doesnt have a clue. it you dont have a perfect pregnancy dont come here!!!!
I cant take it anymore. I dont write reviews, but I'm going to this time I am in hopes that Einstein does better. I called the office to make an appointment, and the rude, loud, the way they act PSR (Debbie Metz) told me that I needed to hang up and call back and press option 1. I have worked at Einstein Medical Center for over 25 years and my family and I are very happy with the care we receive at all the Einstein sites. Einstein Philadelphia, Elkins Park and Center One in the NE.
Thanks to my doctors & their experience in lung cancer I’m for the most part & right now a cancer survivor I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Einstein Medical Center thanks for asking
