Doctors are wonderful & so are the receptionist BUT it’s very hard to get thru to Offices if there’s a problem
All good - All the time! I have been a patient of Jefferson Health for over a decade and a half. The care is consistently excellent and professional. Center One is conveniently located on a main road and there is a 58 bus stop in both directions.
The front desk young girl is not professional, she's not friendly, . And talk rough. More over ,when I call, she just put me on hold for almost an hour. That's not acceptable
That parking lot is huge but there is never anyplace to park. I dont even bother looking anymore, I just go right to parking far away at shopping center.
