Incompetent doctor/incompetent staff. I recently had a horrible experience with Doctor Jeffrey Truitt and Jefferson Pain Management. They messed up my treatment and subsequently cancelled the remainder of my procedure because they did not like my attitude. As if I am going to be nice about it. The office manager; Lauren, is not the sharpest tool in the shed. She has no idea what she is doing. And; I truly believe that there is something inappropriate going on between Lauren and Jeff. If I could put a -1 star I would like to because it is the worst place to go there with attitude the worst please to be there
If you are a Jefferson Health patient or former Einstein patient living in Northeast Philly this is a very convenient health center for you. It has offices for almost every specialist and for diagnostic testing Xray Ultra sound CAT/PET scan MRI etc. It's only 3 floors with an elevator so easy to get around. Moss Rehab also has office and therapy rooms here. Convenient by Septa bus route 58. Two shopping centers nearby to get it all done in one trip. CVS across the street for prescription filling.
