two words - slum lords
Really terrible and unreasonable people that have made the end of my rental here a horrible experience. Not responsive, make threats with your personal property, and full of crap.
Disgusting and run down, trash in front yard and through common area of budging. Reported them to the health department. Currently under investigation.
We contacted EIG shortly after we purchased a townhome and decided to rent it. They came and made suggestions about what was needed to be done and shared their wisdom from experience about what things did NOT need to be done. They also provided cost estimates for painting, carpet cleaning, etc. and all tasks were done quickly and efficiently. I do sewer and drain cleaning work for EIG and have always found there maintenance guys to be super awesome and helpful!
I have been a vendor for EIG for over 10 years. I have always have had a excellent, positive experience working with them. I would highly recommend.
I've been a tenant now at EIG for a year and a half and I love my apt. And the management. They fix things right away when you make a claim that something needs to be fixed and they are very understanding if you find yourself in a bind. I highly recommend them to anyone apt. Searching.
