RecommendedI’ve been working with EIG for over 5 years. I’m very impressed with their employees and responsiveness. They treat everyone fairly and are great property managers. I would highly recommend them.
The carpet is nasty, matted, and wasn’t stapled to the ground, they plow your car in, they don’t plow when they say they are going to, they take weeks to get back to you about anything, and they leave your lights on when they do showings. Don’t move here it is not worth the hassle or the money.
by far the worst I've ever dealt with the owner lies cheats and steals and so do the staff.. I'm surprised to see their still opened
I love renting from EIG. Their maintenance crew is prompt and so respectful to us, the tenants. My concerns have always been handled in a timely manner, and the communication great. I know I never have to worry about anything in an EIG property.
EIG has good to rent from. They send emails with pertinent information to tenants, so you can stay informed. They also do a decent job of responding to maintenance requests, although I would recommend being very clear about your desired results with any requests you make. They are timely responders, though, which is very helpful as a tenant. Units are decently priced and have good appliances. Attractive units in my building.
They are very understanding when you have an issue going on they will understand and send help out there there for you
The response time for maintenance is always fast and done properly. Ever since acquiring my building this spring, they've made great strides to improve the buildings and property.
My company iMowediT Property Maintenance recently partnered with EIG. We have never been more pleased with such polite and communicative property managers and management. Anytime a tenant gives one of our crew members a complaint, it is relayed to one of the property managers and they take care of it in a timely manner ALWAYS. I strongly recommend working/renting from EIG.
Your company is horrible and need to improve big time. Absolutely the worst property I have ever rented and someone from office just hang up me when I called to ask a simple question,as usual they are rude and unprofessional I just don’t understand how this company still in the business:(
