They pretty much left me and my 6 month old for multiple weeks without air conditioner in the middle of August! I would not recommend ehomes of Bakersfield to my worst enemy They don’t give two shits about their tenants SERIOUSLY SAVE YOUR ENERGY!!!!
After moving out we were billed for broken windows that were there when we moved in, the landscaping and removal of a fence that was already there, super nasty carpet, all there when we moved in. We went over 30 days without cooling last summer and still paid the rent for some reason. The wall heater would leak gas into the home and was extremely dangerous, I couldn't even leave it on all night for fear my family would not wake up. Tried to get approval for repairs but total lack of communication caused that to fall through.... read more

We have been with E-homes for the past three years. We are senior citizens, so it is very important for us to know we can be in touch with someone if we need a repair, or if we just need information in general. E-homes have always been VERY helpful and accommodating. The staff are so pleasant and caring, thank you staff! Our time with E-homes has been a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend them to anyone!!!
was very pleased with the service they provided even tho mine and my boyfriend credit isn't on the best side they did help us get into a home we are very pleased with even tho we did have to pay double the deposit which is understandable. thank you Janie for all the help and any concerns I have 😁
