I used to be Dr Millan's patient years ago. I moved 45 minutes away and it was more convenient to go to a dentist by my house. Recently my wisdom tooth started to give me a lot of pain and I needed to remove it ASAP. My dentist was booked and could not make space for me even though I was in pain. Dr Millan made space for me and saw me the very next day. The removal was painless and literally took 3 minutes. I highly recommend this office. The staff are always friendly and warm, offering you water or coffee, and asking if you are comfortable. The Dr is extremely professional, but also warm and caring. No one likes going to the dentist, but this is certainly the best experience one could hope for.
I have never stayed with any other dentist this long. Dr. Millan and his staff are welcoming, caring and really make you feel at ease during any procedure. Their attention to detail and customer service is amazing. They make each visit as stress free as possible. You know exactly what is going to be done and what you are going to pay before you start (not like some other places that surprise you at the end). I came for a consultation in hope that I could leave with some insights on how to gain a lifetime desire for a great smile. I was the little girl, at 50 odd years, who lost her teeth, still hoping several dentists later for a solution that would give her her hearts desire within her means. Not only was the doctor and staff wonderful (all of them); I also got more than I bargained for - fantastic cosmetic options combined with serious health care treatments. Expertise with heart is what I call it.
