Disappointed with this Egg Harbor. The other we have been at are always great. Not this one. Will not be back .disorganized, they place customers in a back screened porch with patio tables, filthy and they make you eat on that. Craked up the heat until we all have to take our oats, sweaters and finally left. First time we are unhappy with Egg Harbor, it is normally our favorite chain restaurant to go.

The comment about the children's refills is correct. We have built in the charge of one free beverage to the kids meal. However, if a refill is asked for, we do charge for it. We do not consider soda or coffee(refillable) in the case of children. We generally think that parents do not give younger children those beverages. Again, thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts. We appreciate comments, even when they aren't positive. It makes us better to hear those things.

RecommendedGreat service, great food. Jean did a wonderful job making sure we were served hot food, and checked and fixed any issue. We talked later about trying to stop next day, but had to leave early for one to catch a flight.
