amazing hotel staff 10/10 resort 10/10 best hotel everything beautiful.
After checking into our room via the hotel app and being given a room on the 15th floor, we arrived at 11 pm to find out our room had been given away and we had to go to another hotel several miles away from the business convention we were in town to attend. As a business owner, I cannot imagine doing this to a valued customer. Will give our business to better run hotels in the future. Sorry Hilton but you have lost a customer for life

Awesome stay here! The Lazy River was Heated !!!! Love the stores and restaurants! The staff was very accommodating! Our extra wants were met with no problem!

Excellent customer service and very clean rooms. My company stayed there for a conference and there were about a couple thousand of us. Everything was perfect. All meals were great! Would definitely stay there again.
I attended the Express Employment Professional ILC this past week. Great Hotel and Amazing CSR. I hope in 4 years when we have ILC in Orlando we stay there again.
