We love Hilton Orlando but we love the must the hospitality provided for each team members special our very professional server at Davis: MAGDALYN; this is our second time seating on her section on different stays and I can say that she was trained well and she has the skills to take care the guest and delivery the Hilton values! The hotel staff was very nice, room could have been better cleaned. There was too many people at the pool, no available chairs. People were eating in the pool, some adults were going down the slide with their beer in their hand. I mean, there's an employee at the slide... they should say something. Some guests brought their own radio at the pool... that should not be tolerated... the pool area just felt dirty and cheap. Oh and the coffee in the room is terrible. Jacking up prices in a hurricane. Shameful to take advantage of an emergency.
Started out relieved to have some A/C after Irma knocked ours out for 5 days and counting but staff is not friendly and the rooms are pre-programmed so you can't adjust the A/C yourself unless you complain and they send someone up to adjust it for you. Staff definitely not happy to be here.

A-MA-ZING!! Love this place! Pool side bar service, a lazy river and a quiet pool what more can you ask for?!? The Hilton Orlando always satisfies our relaxation needs. The hotel is so beautiful as well. Worth every penny! I will always look to stay here when in Orlando!
