I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. I was skeptical to stay at the Hilton after reading some of the reviews on here but decided that I would give it a chance. I stayed at the Hilton over a week during Christmas and had an amazing stay. The staff was super helpful when I needed to check in early and when I needed to extend my stay. We had the most wonderful time on our vacation thank you to Tamera and her staff at the spa! The weekend started with a couples massage and complete relaxation! We stayed 2 nights and took advantage of the adult only area! The Hilton was beautiful and we really enjoyed the heated pool! Thank you! We can’t wait to come back!

We have been coming here for seven years, it’s is the cleanest Shillong I have ever stayed at, people here take pride in their work and so pleasant. Will always come here every year with family
What hotel doesn't offer late checkout??? Especially when you're staying at the #presidentialsuite???
This hotel is really top notch. The room was great, with a beautiful bathroom too. The staff anywhere we went was exceptionally friendly. The food at the restaurants was superb. Would recommend to anyone!
The location is ok. The pool area is kept clean. Staff is friendly and quite helpful. Sadly the WiFi leaves a lot to wish for, and this is a problem when you’re in town on business. I would not recommend using the HHonors app as a substitute for the room key, as an international guest it does not always work and then I end up having to go down and request a new room key.
