Lutely the best the kids loved it enjoy their self we swam it was my birthday they surprised me and brought a Cake up.... Close to any attraction that you need and a nice walking scene
This hotel is really nice, i did expect a refrigerator and microwave in the room although they don't have them thete.. The $22 to park daily is ridiculous. The staff is great, and friendly!!
I guess I was lucky the front desk was professional and very helpful I use valet parking. Anytime that a step out the hotel the car was there if I call in advance also the pool I'm lazy river we're amazing. Distaff working around the pool we're very hurtful it was some lightning so the safety people pull everybody out of the pool and notify us within 30 minutes that we were good to go back in the water. Thank you to the staff and everyone else that assisted and making us feel comfortable.

I loved it! Gorgeous pool area, two hot tubs (one just for adults), and a Fantastic Lazzzzzzy River. Must add that I don't understand why the room towels are nowhere near as soft as the pool side towels...can deal with that. Great and I want to come back.
Where do I begin? Alexandra at the front desk surprised us with smores in our room which our toddler LOVED! We had asked about them since we did them our first trip here with her. Ashley at The Bistro was genuinely sweet and helpful. We were able to experience one of their luxurious cabanas for the day so that our little one could nap and this pregnant mommy could enjoy the shade. For a Hilton...having to wait to do the check in and check out it is terrible and if i also add the fact that they charge you for parking $22 per nigth. A service that should be provided for free since you are already paying a high price for the room. Oh..i almost forgot..if you go to the pool after 10am, you will find no pool chairs. All of them are taken... apparently they dont have enough ... when i complaint they told me ..oh..you have to come earlier araoun 8am. UNBELIEVABLE.!
