For such a high scale hotel you need to pack a lunch to check in stood in line 15 minutes then needed to use safe had to stand in line again for 20minutes kinda of ridiculous
We absolutely love this hotel. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff is very attentive and makes you feel welcomed for the moment you walk in the door till the time you check out! Rooms are always clean and the pool is amazing!!! We always book extra days to hang at this amazing pool when we are not at the theme parks. . Our kids love it, from the water slide to the lazy river!! Great family hotel. Thanks Hilton Orlando!! You guys rock!!
Disappointment would be an understatement. Checked in and was told I was being charged a "resort fee" to use the pool and get discounts on meals; I assumed it was mandatory. I think it may not be; i inquired via email and I've not heard back. I have no need for the pool or discounts, since I'll be in meetings outside of this hotel all day every day. Upon checking in we were asked by Emily if we were celebrating anything and we shared it was our 24th anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised when we came back from dinner and a bottle of champagne and chocolates were in our room. That was the nicest gesture. The service here is unbelievable. We will come again!
No changing tables for babies in pool side family restroom leaving me struggling to change a diaper. Also, there are lots of people smoking in the front circle by valet, kids had to walk through a fog and it filled the car every time we loaded and unloaded. Great pool!
Just checked out and we had a wonderful time, my Dreamtrip, preplan by our company made an excellent choice so much so we added 2 extra days! Carlos Rosario Manager Made the Experience Awesome! He was Helpful, courtesy and respectful and His Customers Service was Top Notch. Thank you For making my Vacation/Dreamtrip Amazing!
The staff was very nice!! The Market has great breakfast sandwiches!! The Bistro (downstairs restaurant) was awesome!!! Our waiter Craig was very helpful!
