This hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service and People who work here are amazing. I am totally impressed by their customer service. Fun the time I walked in every employee made sure it was a pleasure at the hotel. I had a small issue in my room and the service team was amazing! At breakfast, the cook at the resteraunt, "victor", went out of his way to get me something I asked f they had.. which they didn't so he made a social trip to get it for me. We had an exceptional experience our room was outstanding, the quality of the linens fabulous, free wifi ! Property is beautiful staff bends over backwards to accommodate! We highly suggest you give this hotel a try!

First time here-would recommend to anyone and everyone. Everything is very clean, all staff (Especially Bill at Front Desk-Evening) are extremely helpful and courteous, food quality and selection is remarkable. Will be back!
Terrible service. I've been waiting over 20 minutes to get a fire pit lit! We've called front desk twice and asked 4 staff members.....nothing! We haven't even been able to order a drink!
Great hotel. Lots to do for kids!!! Love the waterslide and lazy river.
