Amazing Hotel. Immaculately clean. Staff are very polite & helpful. My boys and i stayed for 7 days and we had the grand time staying in this hotel. The spa was awesome and very relaxing. I will definitely come back.

Arrived at 11 last night and told by valet attendant we had to let a bellhop bring up our bags if we had enough for a cart. Ok. Checked in quickly and efficiently. 2 hours later no bags in the room. I called 3 times and finally they were brought up by security. It was 2am before we got in bed after a 15 hour trip. There is not one USB port in this room. However we slept well and our experience today has been great. Our meal by the pool was superb and grounds are lovely. Looking forward to the rest of the week.
Will never stay with Hilton again. Made a reservation 8 months in advance and got bumped to another hotel 2 days before trip.
I have stayed in so many hotels in Orlando I lost count and nothing like the HILTON I loved it was clean didn't have to worry about me getting hotel germs from previous stay ins. Definitely a big plus for me. I will be going here from now on :)

Not happy right now, can't check in, room not ready and the pool is closed. The executive lounge has one cookie, that's something.
