We love this hotel and come back every year for the past 10 years. However, our visit this time hasn’t been the best. They are undergoing some renovations which we were unaware of. The pool is still amazing! But we were not aware of the golf being closed. And you can hear the construction noise on the lazy river. We love this hotel, but it would be nice to be made aware of it.

Everyone is sooo helpful and polite. I love the text messages after checking in and during the stay just to see how we are doing and if we need anything. It was so easy to just text a question and get a quick response. The pools, lazy river, and water slide were awesome added bonuses! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to SeaWorld and have an awesome hotel experience.

We had a adjoining room and our very loud, neighbors alarm would go off at 5am and annoying laughter till 2am. I would love to give it 5 Stars! But 2 days of barely any sleep makes for a unpleasant visit. The rest of the hotel is very beautiful and staff is excellent!!
We had a wonderful experience. I walked into the pool area and couldn’t believe my eyes. It was the most beautiful, clean, and breathtaking pool area I have ever seen. It made me feel like I was on some extravagant vacation and it was! The room was cleaned and restocked with fresh towels every day which was very nice to come back to after a fun filled day out and about. The staff were very helpful and now I know my next hotel will be the Hilton.
Awesome staff great food great location
Great place to stay. Super clean, spotless. Lots of amenities for kids and parent, pool lazy river, hot tub, fire pit etc. Only negative was.you had to pay for parking 😔
