Staff was very helpful. Beautiful and clean hotel.
The adult pool was spectacular because you rarely heard the kiddos screaming @ the family pool. Great stay! Staff super!
Awards dinner for Arcos Dorados during McDonald’s 2018 Worldwide Convention and details, food and beverage and staff were the best. Special thanks to Natasha Hanif for puttong her heart and soul i to making everything perfect so our event was a unique one.
Beautiful atmosphere ! The staff members are super friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The food is very good and the drinks are strong. The spa is absolutely amazing; I had a wonderful massage and it was so peaceful. The pool is great and the lazy river is a better lazy river than typhoon lagoon. I would love to go back !! �
This beautiful hotel and resort is everything you would expect and then some. From the amazing interior , to the beautiful pools and multiple restaurants and bars. All of the conveniences you could want under one roof. What sets it apart however, is the staff. Poolside, all of your needs are met by the staff at Tropics bar and grill. Hotel was gorgeous, fire pits were amazing and lazy river was fun.. I highly recommend locking up all your valuables in you room, as our room had an attempted robbery from an inside employee the night we stayed. It has been a life alterating experience for us. Thank god part of our party was asleep in our room and scared him away.. if not who knows what would of been taken.
