I can not tell you how pleased I am by this hotel. I left my jewelry box in my room safe and did not realize it until I got home. Taylor with your hotel security took care of my concerns in a very professional manner...kept in touch with me and found my jewelry still in the room safe 2 days later!! Thank you Hilton and thank you Taylor for caring about me and working to solve this. Taylor is mailing it back to me and I am so relieved❤️❤️

Went here on a DreamTrip and it was definitely amazing. My kids had so much fun and I even enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. They made the Hilton Orlando the perfect resort to accommodate everyone.
I loved it. As a diamond member of HH, I felt recognized and valued by all team members I encountered.
