The dispatcher was kind, understanding, and professional. Our technician Arthur was FANTASTIC and came out right away despite the dispatcher mis-hearing my phone number. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem - a clogged drain line - and was kind enough to even tell this first-time homeowner how to change the air filter, when to get maintenance done, how to do a little bit of easy monthly maintenance for ourselves, and a little more about our particular unit. Arthur was awesome. He even let me watch over his shoulder while he worked so that I would know how to fix my ac should this issue arise again.
We've used Efficient for several years on rental homes. This week Arthur was super. He was determined to stay until we solved the mystery of the leaking AC. We always get prompt and courteous service from Efficient.
Three times I have had to call for emergency help with my AC and each time their response has been fast, courteous, fair and efficient. Tonight Ernest came out after hours, (forgave my nosey dogs) and walked me through everything he was doing until the problem was solved.
