From start to finish, Efficient was professional and straightforward. We go5 bids from eight different AC companies. There were no salesman shenanigans from Ernest at Efficient. Ernest came to kick off the installation, too, and Tony and Evan were similarly professional and gentlemanly. Fantastic experience all around. When we first called after our first plumber cancelled 10 minutes before scheduled appointment, the dispatcher could tell it was an urgent issue - she called a plumber in the area to see if he would be able to stop by after finishing another job in my area (Monday late afternoon). He was not, but she got me their very next appointment on Wednesday morning. The technician, Dallas, assessed the issue and fixed under 45 min at a great rate. Will only be using efficient moving forward.
Author was on time and explained everything to me including changing my filters.

Quick to come out to look at system, found failed part, picked up part and installed it. Fully tested and part was covered under ten year warranty. Two year old unit. Very happy. No hassles.
