Casey is so dedicated to his clients. Garage doors don't always tell you when you a spring is going to break either trapping your car inside or locking you out. But Casey understands and response quickly to ensure sure his clients are disrupted as little as possible. I would highly recommend Casey not only to repair your garage door but to maintain it.
This company is great. This afternoon their technician, Matt, came to my house and installed a new garage door opener. Matt was very polite and friendly and extraordinarily helpful. I am so impressed with this company and their service that I will now probably get a new garage door from them.
I had an issue with my garage door closing last year, had it serviced and after 2 hours and a large bill, the issue remained. Matt from Efficiency identified the issue within 15 minutes, fixed it in 30, and the bill was so reasonable I was shocked. He replaced a bad sensor (actually replaced both, because they come in pairs) and had me working again in under an hour. They were honest, sincerely cared, knew what the heck they were doing, and I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you!
Great service! They gave me a fair and quick quote. They were able to come to my house within two days and install my new opener which we love. The technician was very professional and friendly leaving us with no questions unanswered. Casey the owner of the company contacted us directly to insure everything was working correctly.
