Tele visit.Waste of money.He was unprepared. He was condescending. And rude.
Dr Lai and the entire staff In Issaquah was absolutely outstanding!! I was completely at ease after talking with him. It was quick and painless and a procedure I felt silly putting off. I will always return there if ever needed!!
This is my second colonoscopy procedure with Dr Lai. Everything went smoothly. The procedure is done within a hour. I practically left the facility an hour after the scheduled appointment. I felt great. I would return again in 5 years.
He is not sympathetic to the extreme pain of a perforated diverticula. And he has not provided any on going treatment since the emergency surgery.
Excellent doctor and super nice staff. Everyone makes you feel like you are important and they take the time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. Doctor is very knowledgeable, helpful, and knows what he's talking about! Scheduling is easy and if it's urgent they will do their best to get you in quickly!

Recently moved to Bellevue and was in need of finding a top Gastroenterologist. Had my first visit with Dr Lai and was very impressed. Dr Lai is personable, knowledgeable, very patient/thoughtful, and a great listener. Believe he will partner well with me to solve my current issue and will provide great long term care. Also, nice job Lindsay (Dr Lai's, Med Asst) !!!
