The virtual appointment went off without a hitch. Excellent way to have a meeting in a personal way. Got all my questions answered and a treatment plan and procedure scheduled.
It started promptly. We went over all my concerns and the doctor was very conscious to make eye contact while we conversed. The appointment was very satisfactory.
I have seen Dr Schwartz and was diagnosed with Celiac.In October, I received a letter noting that they planned to discharge me from the Practice as I had not completed lab work. I called and let them know that I was not informed that lab work was required or ordered. They agreed to order lab work and scheduled a telehealth appointment with Dr Schwartz today.When I arrived at the lab, they did not have the orders. I have known Dr Bob since my 20’s (I’m almost 60 now). He is the one and only reason I wish I hadn’t moved to Arizona! GI’s here in AZ suck! They don’t listen, and they just don’t care. Bob cares!!! I am currently flying back and forth from AZ, just to see him… and it’s so worth it! I thank heaven every day that I have Dr Bob to come back to, to correctly help me with my ulcerative pancolitis, celiac, IBS-D, GERD, etc. Again, he listens and CARES!
Colonoscopy preparation procedure was well-communicated and relatively easy to perform. Patient intake process was very efficient. Pre and post procedure communication was excellent.
Dr. Lai was well prepared, informed me regarding all the details and expectations.
The team was very professional and efficient. I got through my colonoscopy with as little discomfort as possible. Dr. Mohan had a great bedside manner and was very approachable. I would recommend him for any GI needs.
Cautious in all aspects of my care. He cares.
Dr Wohlman explained the procedure in easy to understand format. This was my 2nd medical procedure performed by Dr. Wohlman. Very comforting knowing that you’re being cared for by the best!
