They literally charged me $450 because I have insurance and when I called and asked what the cash price is they responded $270. They refused to take my cash pay of $270 because I have insurance? HUH? I paid my $450 bill and will never go back. Especially considering how awful the appointment went. A literal decade of appointments and you didn't remember me? WOW! The WAGI staff frequently called to make sure I knew the timeline for preparation and answered all my questions. The procedure went smoothly from checkin to release

Dr. Lai is thorough, thoughtful and supportive. I've been his patient since 2011 and have always felt secure being in his care. He treats me like a person and not a diagnosis. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
It started promptly. We went over all my concerns and the doctor was very conscious to make eye contact while we conversed. The appointment was very satisfactory.
Colonoscopy preparation procedure was well-communicated and relatively easy to perform. Patient intake process was very efficient. Pre and post procedure communication was excellent.
Dr. Lai was well prepared, informed me regarding all the details and expectations.
