The receptionist answered the phone without speaking any English and just hung up on me... Please!!! hire someone who can actually communicate in English!!
My appointment was 10:30am. It does not have much long wait. They called me around 10:45am. The whole experiment was fast and smooth. The provider answer all my questions and concerns. After ten days of treatment, my ear pain is gone now.
My experience was very disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. Rather than being helpful, they seemed more focused on leaving for the day than assisting clients. Throughout the interaction, they kept checking the time, rushing the process, and repeatedly pressuring me to "make it quick." Instead of offering support or solutions, they kept telling me to reschedule my appointment—completely disregarding my time and the effort I made to be there.
