Absolutely ridiculous. I called saying "Hi, I would like to make an appointment." To which the receptionist replied, "You have an appointment at 9:30." And then hung up on me. I thought maybe there was an misunderstanding, so I called back immediately. But they wouldn't pick up the phone. Ridiculous.

The receptionist answered the phone without speaking any English and just hung up on me... Please!!! hire someone who can actually communicate in English!!
