Everyone at the store was very helpful and great! They helped me pick out my new glasses and I get compliments on them all the time. They also helped me get the best deal on my glasses and were very informative about their products and the best ways to protect my eyes!

It's been FOUR weeks since I've ordered my daughters glasses and they still aren't in and won't be in this week. Things happen, but the least they could've done was call and inform me of the hold up. Fail for customer service.
