RecommendedTook my day for her kindergarten exam. Dr Hutchinson was wonderful!
The employees were great when I went in for my exam. Placed my order and told 2-3 weeks, which became over 6 weeks. Nobody had the courtesy to call me with a status and when I called I got different answers about my order. Finally got my glasses and they don’t work for me. They scheduled me for eye exam and I was having eye problems too, and when I went they told me at the desk that they could not see me! Dr was sitting right there listening to the girl who was talking so loud to me and didn’t bother to even explain why he would not do eye exam or refer me to someone. Very unprofessional!
Edwardsville Vision Center refused to bill my insurance for my contact lens fitting. I was charged full price and had to call my in-network insurance company myself for the issue to be corrected.
This place is joke and a half they say one thing then do the complete opposite of what they say if you can't help someone say that instead of wasting someones time you told me back in August you did you. Would order glasses but now you are saying you can't that's a joke this is the worst place ever do not waste your time coming here its not worth it at all
