Never ever again – If i could give them a 0 i would. They charged me almost 400 dollars to pull the transmission of my truck, i can see that. They tell me the torque converter is bad. Ok maybe.... Then they say for a new transmission it'll be 2500, for a rebuilt one it'll be 1800, to fix ONE part it'll be 1575.... So now i realize that the truck is definitely not worth fixing. I decided to part with it but before i do i go on a hunch. I stopped by Hobbes automotive. I tell them all of this and they look at me like I'm a litt... read more

Ed's mom should have taught him something – I took my truck there about a year ago, and decided to spend 2300 dollars to get it rebuilt. They wanted 3200 for a replacement, but I figured I would only have the truck 3 more years. The truck had only been driven 5-6k miles since then, and already there is a burnt smell. It shifts horribly and there is a winding sound. Even with the 1 year warranty (which is expired) I would not have taken it back. It only took a couple weeks, but it should last long than 5-6k miles. Worst experience of our auto-lives – Our car has been in and out of this store 5 times, for the same problem. Not only that, but they keep it for an average of 1 month at a time. I understand that some cars are more of an issue than others (we have a Saab [problem car, we know]) but you would think that after they failed the first couple of times that we would get some priority. We have spent hundreds on rentals and have had to walk (it's winter)several other times when we could not afford to pay for the rental. Literally, t... read more

S**k you dry transmissions – you charged my daugther 2500.00 for a transmisson that lasted four months,2days after the waratty expired it started leaking.your work is c**p....
