i had a good experience there, rich didnt try to take advantage of me like most shops try to do to girls which i appreciated. i didnt have any work done but i do plan on taing my car back in the future to get it fixed.

the work ended up taking an extra day but I was really happy that they provided a rental car for me since they weren't finished. I'll be back if I ever need any more work.
This place is a nightmare,not sure who is posting these false reviews. They are not even close to these reviews,I think they are writing their won reviews.do not take your car there under any circumstances.Just look at these good reviews, they are al written by the same person.
I was amazed at the customer service provided by edwards transmi;ssions. Not only did they offer to take me to work while they looked at my car but they were able to fix it the same day and pick me up from work so I didn't have to find a ride. I have NEVER had that kind of customer service and I'll be returning to them for future repairs no quesetions asked!
