Took our money weeks ago, then turned us down when we showed up for the appointment. Told us we had to do a walk in. Waited 3 hours for multiple days. When we finally went up and complained, I was banned from the building and my wife was STILL DENIED A VISIT. Worst mental health association in existence, and it sucks its the only one in Owensboro. Take the extra step and find a better place than this one.
A close friend, more like family member has been ATTEMPTING to go here for a while because they desired a specialist. While there aren’t many options in the area they gave this place a chance and it’s caused them nothing but a headache. They’ve taken money from them and still not actually had an appointment. Ridiculous and I’m now sending them to a specialist I’m familiar with. I hope they reform their practice and figure out what’s going on here!!
