I always receive excellent care from the staff and I feel seen and heard by my physician this is the best place to go if you have MassHealth
For a place that prides themselves on supporting people in recovery, they really need to have a complete overview of all staff that work in their pharmacy! The pharmacy staff treat people absolutely like trash and it’s very blatant in their voice the judgment they pass on people that use their pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and hard to talk to or ask questions in general. Do not recommend
Julia from the insurance department is amazing! She helped me get my insurance back after loosing it and was such a great help and answered all my questions, she helped me through the entire process and you can tell she enjoys her job and helping people. Super grateful.
