I love the staff here, my doctor, and everyone who's given me support over the years, but JFC ya'll have GOT to fix your insurance referrals department. It never goes cleanly, and I am having to constantly chase down an insurance referral from the clinic through multiple phone calls over the course of months prior to an appointment occurring. I always receive excellent care from the staff and I feel seen and heard by my physician this is the best place to go if you have MassHealth
