Every time I come here the staff is always impatient and rude. I went in on Monday morning for an exam and turns out my health insurance card was inactive. Given that they’ve asked to fill out check in before showing up, they did not notify me at all. So yes therefore it is your FAULT. To the staff that switched me to a different window saying I was being mad towards her (LOL), which I was not. It’s agitating when someone rushed you asking for something. Place is so unorganized, tryna get something done is like pulling teeth. They need way better oversight. I dont blame the doctors i love my doctors I do have but the way its managed and there lack of decent systems in place makes it annoying and inconvenient at best to communicate with this place and or get something done if needed.
