Not concerned for the customer. Terrible customer service. In fact, it’s the worst I have ever experienced.

My parents passed away this year and they had funds with Edward Jones. In the process of taking care of the money we were asked to sign a form with the standard "by signing this you agree with the terms above" line where we sign. In reading the terms, it says that there will be a $300 fee. The small print said that the fee MAY BE waived. We were told verbally that the fee would be waived. I called and asked for it to be put in writing that the fees would be waived. I was told they could not do that. When I asked why I was ju... read more

I started my account here back in 2014. When it was opened it only had about 600 or so dollars. I had originally opened this account with *****, who had this office then. While she was there I believe I received good service. She grandfathered my account, and she waived the annual fees, because my account was making nothing, and losing money due to fees. I opened this account with the intent to roll the funds over once obtaining new employment. Well in 2017, I did obtain new employment. But this was about when ***** left. My... read more
On June 18, 2018, I faxed Durable Power of Attorney documents to my mother's branch of Edward Jones. The documents had been filled out by my mother, witnessed by 3 people through each step, were notarized, and filed with the cuonty court. Within 24 hours, I was called and informed that the Edward Jones regional office refused to accept the power of attorney, and was given additional actions for my mother to take before the company would honor a legal document that _they_ told me to get. Those requirements were not possible, ... read more

I began my experience with Edward Jones about one year ago. My account was set up for Roth. At first, the adviser told me I could make deposits of any amount till I met the amount able to invest of $5,000. I began making deposits and was informed by the staff that I actually had enough to get started investing. At the time, I had $2,000 in the account. The adviser then told me they would not recommend investing yet because of the fees and would need the full $5,500 before starting. I stopped calling to make deposits until I... read more

****** ******* with Edward Jones. I am writing this to warn others of this reckless behavior and to get this problem resolved, but, i think it should be known that this lady is dangerous and should be avoided as far as investing your money. THis is my opinion. My wife decided to work with her and we have or had our money there for at least 3 years. My wife called the office pretty regularly to have monies transferred and so forth. To make this brief, we really did not have too many investments that should have caused any con... read more
I retired in 2008. Contacted Edward Jones advisor Mike ************ and decided to invest with him. Wanted to use some funds to supplement income and was told that was fine that there was enough to recover this. Stocks fell in late 08 into 09 and all we were told was to hang in there. After dropping nearly 100k we were told about advisory solutions where the company was to keep tabs and adjust accordingly to keep from losing. Invested 52k into this and proceeded to lose 18k all the time being told to hang in there. When we m... read more
Edward Jones , Sean ****** advisor , Was with him for over 5 years , was good in the beginning , then he got greedy and was changing bad investments into other bad investments just so he could take his cut , which drained ME of over $80,000 , which negated all of the years I was with him and RUINED MY RETIREMENT. Now all I can do is just sit in my house until I die !
