I first saw Dr. Gottesman for the extraction of a tooth that was giving me distracting pain which was affecting my work. Dr. Gottesman is a very nice person, extremely meticulous and professional. Great staff, very attentive and caring. The office is clean, beautiful and relaxing type of environment with beautiful garden views. Had a few bone grafts and implants placed with no pain what so ever, I was able to go back to work immediately. I would highly recommend Dr. Gottesman to anyone!
Dr. Gottesman extracted 3 teeth and placed 3 implants successfully. He is an extremely thorough periodontist who is very careful to give you the best outcome. I highly recommend him. He is also just an all-around great guy.

I first came to see Dr. Gottesman when considering implants. I was nervous and unsure whether this procedure was necessary for me, the extent of pain during the procedure and recovery. Dr. Gottesman was incredibly patient and reassuring while providing a lot of information to help me make my own decision. This helped me feel safe and confident in him. Well where do I start? Dr. Edward Gottesman is perhaps the best dentist I have ever come across. I was most interested in lip lowering (a pretty specialized procedure) and both my parents are periodontists so you can imagine how much research I did before hand. Since I grew up in Ukraine where they dont believe in lidocaine for tooth extraction I always had a fear of going to see a dentist until I went to Dr. Gottesman. He is the best dentist. During the procedure he would always explain his actions and tried to put me at ease. I didnt even feel when he extracted my tooth nor when he placed an implant. I am a patient of this practice for over 20 years having started with Dr. Gottsegen. Dr. Gottesman continues this excellent tradition of caring, concern, and outstanding care. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Gottesman became my periodontist when Dr. Tannenbaum, who had been my periodontist since 1987, died. Dr. Tannenbaum was an extremely good periodontist. He performed osseous surgery on 4 quadrants of my mouth and I credit him with saving at least 3 teeth that a different periodontist told me I had to have removed. Over the past 25 years I have visited his office every 3 months for a scaling. All of his associates are also top-quality.
