My first visit to Dr. Gottesman's office could not have been more pleasant. His friendly staff and brownstone setting made me feel more like I was visiting a day spa than a dental office. After spending a few minutes in the wood paneled, warmly appointed waiting room replete with fireplace, I was quickly whisked into a dental chair overlooking a small garden. I had crown lengthening done for my "gummy smile". In terms of the treatment and results, I'm extremely satisfied. I had originally come in to try and get my lip repositioned after doing research online, but Dr. Gottesman gave an expert opinion that gum reshaping would give me the effect that I was actually looking for. I had a gum graft done about 2 weeks ago. The dr and his nurses were very kind and assuring.They thoroughly explained to me and warned me about everything that was going to be done. the procedure wasn't painful at all,All though I was in extreme pain after the surgery . The dr and his staff called to make sure I was ok which I thought was very nice! the dr saw that I was in excruciating pain and even gave me his cell number for me to contact him! I was missing a tooth for over 7 years and 2 main reasons I was delaying with an implant was the fear of pain and the high cost of the procedure. Dr. Gottesman was very patient and professional while answering my questions and assured me that there will no be any pain, and that was absolutely true. I didn’t feel anything during and after the procedure. The staff was also very accommodating. The payment policy is flexible and much more affordable than I thought it would be. Dr. Gottesman was referred to me by my dentist. I had a problem tooth for many years and had undergone numerous procedures which were painful, time consuming and costly. Finally, my issue is fully resolved. I had to have bone graphing and a tooth pulled. He did a wonderful job and has a great manner with his patients in addition to being tremendously skilled. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Gottesman removed my two lower wisdom teeth, a procedure I had put off for far too long. I procrastinated for nothing: it was totally pain-free, during and after (mine were not impacted, though). I didn't even need the prescription medication. Highly skilled and professional, and has a lovely bedside manner. I was recommended to Dr. Gottesman by my regular dentist. He has worked with him for many years and said that there was no one better. He was right. Dr. Gottesman was completely professional but also friendly and down-to-earth. Very easy to talk to and gave me as much time as I needed to get all the answers to my questions about the implant surgery. The surgery was quick and painless. I have always been scared of dentists, but everything about this office calmed me. From the attentive front desk the calm fire place waiting room and the beautiful garden view in the examination room. Dr. Gottesman was patient with me and really calmed my nerves. Not only did I not feal pain during my tooth extraction and implant I healed so quickly too. 5 stars for Dr. Gottesman.
