I have had 2 terrific doctors take care of my fractured ankle: dr Bobrow who did the repair in 1985 and Dr Magur who removed the hardware in 2024. I am most grateful to both for their expertise and skill.,I am just glad it’s over.
Every visit was prompt and always relayed all information clearly. Dr. Magur is a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon who always communicates precisely with his knowledge of orthopedics. He is meticulous and very thorough about diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. I am so grateful for the care that I received during the last three months by him and his staff. Each time I go for appointment I am impressed with the overall professionalism in the office, from the front desk to the Medical Assistant, Meghan, to Dr Magur. Dr Magur did a difficult surgery on my right Achilles tendon eight weeks ago and I am most pleased with the result. It is healing just the way prescribed in textbooks. Dr Magur is both very competent and personable. I would recommend both him as well as WOSM.
Dr Magur is clearly an expert with a wealth of the best experience in foot issues. He take the time to throughly, sensitively, and directly explain what is happening to you and what the options are. He also has a fantastic sense of humor.
Dr Magur was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about my Achilles tendon rupture and alleviated my anxieties about immediate surgery.

I really like Dr. Magur and his office. While I had to wait a little (:20) in the waiting room, once I went back, I talked to his PA, got an X-ray and then he came in. He's hilarious! He explained what he was going to do (injection) and showed me on the X-rays why. He keep the whole thing pretty fast but took time to talk to me about step 1, 2, 3 and 4. I would highly recommend both him and his practice.
He put my foot back together five years ago and I have been back for several other foot problems. He is always direct, no-nonsense and always helpful.
I had an 11:20 appointment. Arrived at 11:14 and checked in. Dr. Magur's asstiant called me up at 11:18. Visit required X-rays. Completed by 11:40. Dr. Magur arrived shortly thereafter. Received injection and on my way by noon. Dr. Magur is very personable.
