Odd doctor. Very out of it and doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Very disorganized and messy.
Just a horrid doctor who cares more about his paycheck than patient health.
Dr. Pino permanently left me with a walking impairment. He pushed me into an unnecessary surgery and every day has been worsening pain and loss of enjoyment from everything in my life. This was supposed to be a rather simple surgery according to Dr. Pino but he mentioned all the complications he had when I was waking up and was very off putting. Not to mention he attempted to fraudulent bill me after I left Kaiser. This man should be prevented from practicing medicine.
