I would leave more than 5 stars if I could, he's super. I will be eternally grateful for his surgical expertise on my broken left wrist and my broken right arm. Beautiful surgery. I can't believe the minimal scars. It has been three months and it appears I'll regain full use of both arms. His caring attitude couldn't be appreciated more.
Worst experience at a doctors office ever. The staff that work at this office are extremely rude and have horrendous patients relations skills. The office staff never advices my neurologist never sent my mri. When asked if they could contact the doctor they said I had to call. After they lied and said they had contacted my doctor and they were closed. I called my neurologist and in fact they were open. They were to busy gossiping and having Starbucks. I left told them I would go somewhere else.
I don't understand the one-star reviews on this page. Dr. Gonzalez Hernandez is an EXCELLENT doctor and his staff are AMAZING. From my first visit to my last, through surgery and rehab, the experience was top notch. Is there a wait? yes. Is it ideal? No. But the experience and his expertise were worth it, especially when we're talking about surgery. Plan to spend 45 mins to an hour in the perfectly adequate waiting room, about 20-30 mins with the PA/nurse, and then 20-30 mins with the doctor.
Cuando no tuve mas alternativa que decidir la operacion de remplazo de mi hombro derecho tenia que escoger que cirujano la haria, converse con mi Dra. primaria y con otro ortopedico conocido y me recomendaron al Dr. Gonzalez Hernandez; en mi primera visita quede muy satisfecho del trato y la confianza que me dio que me decidi por el. En las siguientes visitas comprobe que habia hecho una correcta seleccion. Mi cirugia resulto todo un exito , gracias Dr. a usted y a todo su staff . Juan JCampos
It was a recommendation but very disappointed. Waited more 2 hours and I never saw the doctor. It is meet market where the clinic accepts the appointments and overbook the daily activities and we pay with lack of services. The rules of game are very simple such as we pay to see doctor and it takes about 3 hour or more to get to the doctor so they keep all animals waiting outside after you made the appointment 2-3 weeks before. I called blueshield bluecross of Tenesse to taken action.
Good doc, no doubt. Standing room only in antiquated wait room. Sign "do not tap on window" lessens communication. And yes the 90 minute wait in a packed room, not good.
Dr. Eduardo Gonzalez Hernandez is an incredible doctor and surgeon. All my surgeries and visits to fix my fractured hand were great and my incisions are barely noticeable. I highly recommend him for hand surgeries.
Amazing and awesome Surgeon bless of God, care about his patients and listen, very attentive. Shows his patients the love of God.
