We would give it a minus star if that would be a choice. This company charged $340 to replace a part but we learned later he didn’t replaced it. After 3 days, the appliance was again presenting the same problem. When we called him back to nicely bring it to his attention, he got belligerent, rude and insulting. Not a trustworthy company. I hired them to repair our refrigerator and dryer. The appliances showed trouble again the following day. We called him again since his work had a 1 year warranty. He returned two weeks later and supposedly repaired the issues. Charged us $575 first visit and $237 second visit. Refrigerator is still not working properly. Not only this, he had the audacity to want to charge me his overdraft fee from his bank.
