Inspector arrived early and started without us. Pointed out cosmetic issues that were already being addressed by the painters there. Did not get our report when we were supposed to. Disappointed with the services we received. Feels like we wasted our money.
We loved the knowledge and experience given during our client’s home inspection. We are looking forward to doing more business with EDP in the future!
Paid $3,550 for a WPI-8 certificate. Was told a ~3 week turnaround. Paid August 8th, 2022. Sep 20 mentioned draft report was done and was missing a few things. This was time sensitive for insurance. Now October 20th, 2022 with no final report. Terrible communication, need to send multiple texts to even elicit a response. If I knew this would happen would have chosen a different company
