Dr. Armour has always been a ten star Doctor. I don’t understand why people give your clinic such low reviews. I have never had a problem, and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr. Armour is a no nonsense doc. He tells you the problem and how to fix it. Replaced my ankle and have never had pain since. I won’t see any other ortho ever.
He really does that dictation machine?? I was fairly pleased with j. Cary Orthopaedic is terrible. They DO NOT answer their calls NOR do they return calls when your message clearly states that you’re in pain and need to see your doctor. Dumped you for a group that may care. Also, may want to get a more friendly staff that works for their pay by doing their job??????
I felt very rushed with this physician and he spent the majority of his brief time with me dictating my condition and treatment into a recorder rather than actually speaking to me during every visit with him. I would not have minded the long wait to see him had he been more thoughtful of my needs and taken some time to explain things more clearly rather than dictate as quickly as possible (and in my case, incorrectly on my first visit with him).
Dr. Armour is a wonderful skilled surgeon! He takes time to listen and answers each question. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I have been thrilled with the care I have received by Dr. Armour and his staff!
Self absorbed Narcissist. Dictates into recorder instead of speaking directly to patient.
