If you want a greedy utility company, Edmond Utilities is your company. They monopolize your utilities and charge you higher rates than anyone else knowing you have no other choice but to use them. Then they nickle and dime you with additional charges including charging you to stop your services. They want to get that last bit of greed out of you that they can. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORSE ELECTRIC COMPANIES IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, I DON'T KNOW IF THEY EVEN HIRE REGULAR QUALIFIIED INDIVIDUALS OR IF THIS IS JUST A FAMILY OF MESSED UP HEARTED PEOPLE. This is the worst utility company in America by every measure. If you need to call them prepare yourself to be disrespected lied to and most of all they could care less about you your service or your family. Every person is incapable of listening or doing what you need them to do. Don’t live in Edmond it’s so bad I mean really really bad. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
