Pure evil to cut off electricity a day before a MAJOR SNOW STORM
They shut off our power with no notice, no calls, nothing. Even though we had paid. Do yourself a favor, don't live here, this company has a monopoly and abuses it to the fullest extent. This is a shitty company and they deserve every bad thing to happen to them and shouldn't think theyre going anywhere but to Hell when its their time.
Cut power without notice.
This company absolutely sucks. The only reason Im using them is because im absolutely REQUIRED to. Last month, my bill was $80. I live in a two bedroom apartment with my friend. This month, our bill ran to $290 which makes absolutely zero sense. I called, the lady on the end of the line was rude and disrespectful. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never use Edmond Electric. Theyll overcharge you for absolutely zero reason.
Have lived in my house since 2000. The longest I have ever been without power is 3 days and that was after a pole in the neighborhood fell over in severe weather. Other than that I believe 3 hours has been the longest we have lost power. I feel very fortunate. Response time is always quick. Credit where credit is due. Thank You for the excellent service.
