Pure evil to cut off electricity a day before a MAJOR SNOW STORM
Ever since they switched to “smart choice” they have been terrible with billing notifications. Without notice they shut our power off the day a winter storm is rolling in. They said oh we called you and left a voicemail 2 days ago and sent you multiple emails… no they didn’t. We looked hard and verified they had the correct info to make sure we aren’t missing it. This isn’t acceptable and we are not the only ones having these issues..
They shut off our power with no notice, no calls, nothing. Even though we had paid. Do yourself a favor, don't live here, this company has a monopoly and abuses it to the fullest extent. This is a shitty company and they deserve every bad thing to happen to them and shouldn't think theyre going anywhere but to Hell when its their time.
