Carlos Mendoza treated me today. He was super helpful, and patient despite some computer errors. He was thorough in his explanation of everything, and went calmly about his business. I had Dr. Navarro during my last visit, who was great and my experience was just as good with Carlos. I've had horrible experiences before at other optometry offices so my positive experience here are much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Needed to go in for further testing on my eyes, staff was excellent, everyone is helpful and polite, Carlos Mendoza ran some tests on my eyes and he took great care, he explained everything he was going to do to my eyes and made me feel comfortable while doing the examination. Thank you Dr. Flores for the great care you give your patients.

Shout out to EVC! I was in a bind regarding my glasses today and they were there for me again! Dr. Navarro you're the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes! Several years ago I had an emergency regarding my sight on a Sunday and Dr. Navarro opened his office just for me! To Dr. Assistant, Mr. Mendoza, thank you for your help today as well! Good luck with your studies to be an optometrist, you're going to be great! Thank You God for these outstanding people!
Three and a half hours later....yes, 3.5 hours, my kids have their glasses prescriptions. Worst doctor visit ever, not to mention the confusion between staff members regarding fees. $22, no $30, no $40, no $70. I walked out without my prescription before I screamed at someone. If it weren't because they're the only provider for my insurance, I would have never come here. Will.Never.Return.
